Operadora Tiebas S. de R.L. de C.V. (“The Nowhere Bar”), located at Blvd. Paseo de la Marina 17, Plaza Bonita, Local 12-A, Centro, Cabo San Lucas, B.C.S., C.P. 23410, México, is responsible for your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

What we collect

• What you give us when you book or write to us: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, date, party size, occasion and notes.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, and the link or ad that brought you here (including utm, gclid and fbclid), kept in a first-party cookie.

We don't collect sensitive data. This site is for adults 18+ and we don't knowingly collect data from minors.

Why we use it

Necessary purposes: managing your booking, confirming and updating you, answering your messages, preventing fraud, and meeting legal and tax obligations.

Secondary purposes (only if you agree): sending you news and offers, and measuring and improving our advertising through analytics and advertising cookies. Saying no doesn't affect your booking: decline cookies or email us.

Cookies

We use a first-party cookie to remember your language, your age confirmation and which link brought you here. Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel and Metricool analytics are only enabled if you accept them in the cookie banner; you can change your mind by clearing this site's cookies.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us operate and process data on our behalf: Google Workspace (email), Vercel (hosting), Google, Meta and Metricool (analytics and advertising, only with your consent). Some are outside Mexico. We don't sell your data.

Your rights (ARCO)

You can access, correct, delete or object to the use of your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@thenowherebar.com with your name, your request and how to reach you. We reply within 20 business days.

Any change to this notice will be posted on this page with its update date.
